Looking to Embrace Islam but Not Sure Where to Start

As-salamu alaykum, everyone. I'm a guy from Mumbai, born into a Hindu family, but honestly, I never felt a real connection to that religion. Things like idol worship and rituals never resonated with me. Over time, I've come to feel that Islam might be where I truly belong-it just feels more in tune with my heart. The tricky part is, since I grew up in an area where Hindus are the majority, I don't have any Muslim friends to chat with or learn from about Islam. Does anyone have advice on what I should do to begin this journey? JazakAllah khair for any help!
