Let's Send Countless Blessings on this Blessed Friday!

Assalamu alaikum everyone. It's Jumu'ah again – the best day of the week, alhamdulillah! Today, let's set aside some time to send a thousand salawat upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. There’s a beautiful hadith where the Prophet ﷺ said: *'Whoever sends blessings upon me once, Allah sends blessings upon him ten times.'* (Sahih Muslim) Another hadith mentions: 'Whoever sends blessings upon me, Allah will send blessings upon him tenfold, erase ten sins from him, and raise him by ten degrees in status.' (Narrated by Ahmad, An-Nasaa'i, and Al-Hakim) There’s also a narration, though considered weaker, that says: *'Whoever recites blessings upon me one thousand times on Fridays will not die until he is shown his abode in Paradise.'* Here’s a short salawat you can recite: **Arabic:** اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ أَلْفَ أَلْفَ مَرَّةٍ **Transliteration:** *Allaahumma salli 'alaa Muhammadin wa aalihi alfa alfa marrah* **Meaning:** 'O Allah, send Your blessings upon Prophet Muhammad and his family a thousand thousand (million) times.' Let's all take part in this beautiful act of worship insha Allah.
