Advice from the Heart: Never Distance Yourself from God

Guys, seriously, take this advice from me: never drift away from God. I've seen my life fall apart right before my eyes, so hold on to your faith. Two years ago, I made the biggest mistake of my life: I gradually stopped praying, stopped going to the mosque, and ended up with sins piling up every day. Honestly, my life flipped upside down. I found it hard to connect with people, even my own brother stopped talking to me, and my heart just wasn't at peace. Guys, I'm telling you, stay firm in your faith so you don't have to watch your life go downhill while you feel powerless to do anything about it. There's a verse I love that says: "So whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed life." For anyone who distances themselves from the remembrance of God, their life becomes tight and exhausting. Believe me, truly, turning back to God is the only solution.
