KPK Conducts OTT Against Tulungagung Regent Gatut Sunu Wibowo

BANDA ACEH – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) carried out a hands-on operation (OTT) against Tulungagung Regent Gatut Sunu Wibowo along with 15 other individuals on Friday night, April 10, 2026. To date, the case involving them and the seized evidence has not been disclosed to the public. Gatut Sunu Wibowo, who was newly inaugurated as regent in 2025, previously served as Vice Regent of Tulungagung from 2018 to 2023. Before entering politics, he was known as a hardware store businessman in Tulungagung and Trenggalek. Currently, Gatut is a member of the Gerindra Party cadre.
