Keeping up with my Quran recitation on the go, without bothering anyone.

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. I have a pretty long commute to get to class most days, and I really want to make the best of that time by reading Quran. But, I'm worried about reciting out loud and disturbing the other passengers. What's the best way to handle this? If I just whisper it softly, does that still count as recitation? Or is moving my lips while reading it silently okay? I'd love to hear your advice on this, jazakum Allahu khayran!
