Is it thoughtful to give my colleague a compact prayer mat for work?

Salam! I've been thinking about getting my kind Muslim coworker a small, portable prayer mat to use at the hospital where we work. I'm not Muslim myself, so I'm not fully familiar with the customs, but I've observed her stepping away for morning prayer (is it called Fajr?) and using a quiet space. She might already have one, but I thought a clean, personal mat could be more comfortable than the floor. If it's suitable, any advice on materials or what to look for would be appreciated.
