Is it okay to wash my hands with soap after doing wudu?

As-salamu alaykum! So, after finishing wudu, the last thing is washing the feet, right? And feet pick up all sorts of germs even if they look clean. My worry is that after praying, when you wipe your face with your hands to end the du'a, those germs might get on my skin. I have acne-prone skin and don't want breakouts from that. So, can I wash my hands with soap after wudu, or would that break my wudu? JazakAllah khair.
