Is ear piercing halal?

Assalamu alaikum, sisters! I'm hoping to get some Islamic guidance on ear piercings. I’m a woman and thinking about getting a conch, tragus, and helix done. Since I keep my ears covered outside anyway, only my husband and mahrams would ever see them. Is this okay in Islam? Jazakum Allahu khair for any respectful advice.
