Iran Fixes 80% of Damage from US-Israeli Strikes
The Iranian government says about 80 percent of sites damaged in American and Israeli attacks have been repaired in a short time. State-run TV channel IRIB reported that more than 60,000 residential and commercial units in Tehran province were affected during the conflict from February 28 to April 7. Tehran's deputy governor, Seyyed Kamaleddin Mirjafarian, shared the figures.
Iran's direct and indirect losses are estimated at 270 billion dollars, covering damage to bridges, ports, railway networks, campuses, research centers, power plants, water desalination plants, as well as hospitals, schools, and civilian homes. Recovery efforts are still underway to get vital infrastructure back up and running.
