How do I handle friends who don't take Islam seriously?

Assalamu alaikum. I'm feeling a bit lost and sad lately. I'm surrounded by people who don't seem to take the faith seriously. Some call themselves cultural Muslims but don't practice the pillars. Others say they're liberal Muslims, following parts of the deen just because it feels good, not because they believe it's an obligation. Even some reverts I know, when you gently point out something haram like posting photos with non-mahram or listening to music, they brush it off and say it's the other person's duty to lower their gaze. It really disheartens me. I'm not sure what to do-should I just keep quiet, distance myself, or something else? Any advice would be appreciated, insha'Allah.
