Hanny Kristianto Revokes Convert Certificate of Richard Lee
Preacher Hanny Kristianto has publicly revoked the convert certificate of Doctor Richard Lee. This revocation is based on the mismatch between the certificate's ownership and administrative facts and public behavior. Hanny stated that to this day, the religion column on Richard Lee's ID card is still recorded as Catholic, and mentioned documentation of activities that are not in line.
Hanny explained that the certificate should have been used for administrative purposes like marriage or ID card changes. He also emphasized not wanting the document to be misused in legal disputes, including becoming a tool for conflict in court.
The preacher stressed that the revocation is administrative in nature and not a cancellation of someone's status as a Muslim before God. As of now, Doctor Richard Lee's side has not given an official response regarding this matter.
