Death toll from NTT earthquake rises to 75

The death toll from the NTT earthquake has risen to 75 as of Thursday at 4:00 PM WIB. Acting Head of the BNPB Disaster Data, Information, and Communication Center Berton SP Panjaitan stated an increase of four lives compared to the previous day, with details: two in Sikka Regency, one in Manggarai, and one in Nagekeo. The number of injured also increased to 907 people, up nine from the previous 898, all from Ngada Regency. BNPB extends condolences to the families of the victims and the affected communities. Response efforts continue amid still high aftershock activity. BNPB recorded 3,752 aftershocks, including a 5.7 magnitude quake on Thursday at 10:47 local time.
