Palestinian killed, elderly man wounded in West Bank settler attack

An Israeli settler shot and killed a 17-year-old Palestinian youth and seriously wounded a man in his 70s in an attack near Hebron in the occupied West Bank. The incident occurred in the Sa'ir area north of Hebron on Friday. The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that both victims were transported to a hospital, where the younger man later died. During the same incident, settlers also set fire to a building in the area.
