Confused about when to say these phrases after sneezing or praise
Assalamu alaikum, I'm trying to understand two hadiths and when we're supposed to say those phrases. First one (Sunan an-Nasa'i 931): A man prayed behind the Prophet ﷺ, sneezed during the prayer and said: "Al-hamdu lillahi, hamdan kathiran tayiban mubarakan fih, mubarakan'alaihi, kama yuhibbu rabbuna wa yarda." When the prayer ended the Prophet ﷺ asked who spoke during the prayer. Rifa'ah stood up and said it was him, and the Prophet ﷺ said that about thirty angels hurried to record it and present it to Allah. Second one (Ahmad 12612): A man greeted the Prophet ﷺ and the people with "As-salamu alaikum wa rahmatullah." The Prophet ﷺ replied with the longer greeting. Later the man said: "All praise is due to Allah, abundant, pure, and blessed, as our Lord loves and deserves to be praised." The Prophet ﷺ asked how he said it and then mentioned that ten angels competed to write it down, and Allah ordered them to write it exactly as he spoke. My questions: are these reports instructing us to say those exact phrases after sneezing in prayer (or in general) to gain that reward? Or to say them when sitting down with others or at any time to earn the angels' recording? I'm confused about the intended context and whether it's meant as a recommended dhikr formula to repeat regularly. JazakAllahu khairan for any clarification.
