Choose the Right Time for Tawaf and Sa'i for More Comfort at Masjidil Haram
The General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque urges umrah pilgrims to pay attention to crowd density times for tawaf and sa'i. Based on data, 22:00-04:00 and 09:00-16:00 are relatively quiet, 05:00-08:00 is moderate, and 17:00-21:00 is the most crowded.
Pilgrims are advised to choose quiet times, especially for the elderly, people with disabilities, or those with families. The authority also reminds them to monitor digital services to track crowd density in real time.
With good time planning and following the officers' directions, the tawaf and sa'i rituals can be performed safely, orderly, and comfortably for all pilgrims.
