Angels Reply to Your Dua for Others

As-salamu alaykum! Just wanted to share something beautiful. It's reported in Sahih Muslim 2732 that when you make dua for someone, the angel assigned to them says, "And for you be the same." This can be amazing or dangerous. If you make an unjust dua against someone, like wishing harm, the angels will make dua against you! Imagine making unjust dua against a whole group-the angels would all be asking against you. May Allah protect us. But if you make dua for someone, like asking forgiveness for them, you get a reward! According to Musnad al-Shamiyin 2118, you get a good deed for each person you include. Imagine making dua for all believers-you'd get so many rewards, subhanAllah! The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to always make dua for the ummah, not for rewards but out of love. He cared for us before we were even born. So make dua whenever you can-it's worship. May Allah forgive us and grant us Jannatul Firdaws.
