Alhamdulillah for Being Born Muslim

Not because of wealth, but because of the deen. Today at the masjid, a white guy came in wearing shorts. He looked kinda nervous and out of place, so I figured he might be a new Muslim. After prayer, I saw him chatting with an older brother. Turns out his cousin married a Muslim man and converted, and that made him want to learn about Islam himself. He ended up asking me some really good questions. I could smell alcohol on him, but I just ignored it. He was there to learn, and that's what matters. He asked things like: 1. Does Allah SWT have feelings? 2. How do I understand Islam properly? 3. If I don't believe or do bad things, will Allah punish me and put me in Hell? He wasn't making fun of Islam. He truly wanted to understand. On my way home, it hit me how lucky I am to be born Muslim and have guidance from a young age. We take that for granted sometimes. Big respect to reverts and people who genuinely seek the truth about Islam instead of just listening to Western media. That man was really trying to learn. May Allah SWT guide him and make it easy for him. 🤲
