Aceh Secretary Highlights Entrepreneurship and Integrity at Widya Mataram University Graduation
The Regional Secretary of Aceh, M. Nasir, stressed the importance of entrepreneurship and integrity for the younger generation in facing global challenges at the Bachelor's and Master's graduation ceremony of Widya Mataram University in Yogyakarta, Saturday (4/11/2026). Nasir stated that universities play a strategic role in producing outstanding and adaptive human resources and reminded that graduation marks the start of greater responsibilities.
He highlighted entrepreneurship as the key to leveraging the demographic bonus, with Indonesia's current entrepreneurship rate around 3.29% and MSMEs contributing over 60% to GDP. Nasir encouraged the emergence of innovative and highly competitive entrepreneurs to create jobs.
Additionally, integrity-such as honesty, responsibility, and consistency-was emphasized as the main foundation for success in various fields. Nasir congratulated the graduates and appreciated Widya Mataram University for its contribution in shaping an excellent generation for the nation's progress.
