Banda Aceh – The second wave of Haj pilgrims from Aceh are scheduled to move from Makkah to Madinah starting June 8, 2026. The first move will be by group BTJ 02 using 10 buses, followed gradually until group BTJ 14 on June 21, 2026. A total of 13 groups are part of the second wave. The return of the second wave pilgrims to Indonesia via Madinah Airport begins June 16, 2026. Meanwhile, group BTJ 01 (first wave) is scheduled to depart via King Abdul Aziz Airport, Jeddah, on June 15, 2026. PPIH Embarkation Banda Aceh urges pilgrims to limit their belongings during the transfer: one large suitcase and one small suitcase, with no extra bags. Boarding priority is given to the elderly, disabled, and others. On return, checked baggage is a maximum of 32 kg and cabin baggage 7 kg.
