What does Islam say when husband and wife don’t match intimately?

As-salamu alaykum, I’ve been thinking about something that worries me a bit. Let’s say a brother and sister get married, but after a while they realize they’re just not clicking in the bedroom. It’s not about one being bad, just that their needs or desires don’t line up. What’s the Islamic way to handle that? Does it usually end in talaq, or are there steps to fix it? And what if someone goes through this a few times, ending marriages because of the same issue-how does our deen look at that? I know it’s a sensitive topic, so please be honest but kind.
