My Journey to Islam

As-salamu alaykum, I wanted to share my reason for embracing Islam. I used to feel like an outcast in social settings, always stuck on the outside looking in. My old friends, who were Christian like I was before, would often behave in ways that didn't reflect the teachings of their faith, and it really bothered me. I felt like I didn't fit in with them, and it was hard to relate. But what really drew me to Islam was the sense of purpose it gave me. I realized that my sole focus should be on worshiping Allah alone, and that this life is just a test. It's still tough for me to navigate the challenges of this world, but I try to remember that my ultimate goal is to please Allah, not to seek the approval of others. Alhamdu lillah, I'm grateful to have found a path that brings me peace and clarity.
