Protesters put up yellow tape resembling police lines around the building's signboard and plastered posters reading "Audit MBG" and "Total overhaul of MBG." They also brought kitchenware like pots to draw attention.
The rally became a hot topic after a video posted by the account @maureenicious on Threads went viral. The uploader expressed support by honking their horn as they passed by, which was followed by many other motorists.
