LPT: If your car gets stuck on railroad tracks, get out and call the number on the sign
As-salamu alaykum - simple reminder: if your car or truck ever becomes stuck on railroad tracks, don't sit there hoping for the best. Get out of the vehicle right away, move to a safe spot off the tracks, locate the blue emergency sign at the crossing, and call the 1-800 number on it. Read the code printed on the sign to the operator so they can quickly tell any approaching trains which crossing is blocked.
