Kuwait Outlaws Non-Scientific Therapies Like Reiki and EFT

Kuwait's health ministry has banned psychotherapists and counselors from offering or promoting treatments not backed by science. The ban includes energy healing, Reiki, neuro-linguistic programming, and Emotional Freedom Techniques. The new regulations also bring life coaching under professional licensing requirements and set compliance deadlines for existing practices.
