KBIHU Aswaja Semen Indonesia Pilgrims Arrive in Medina with Nusuk Cards
A total of 210 pilgrims from the KBIHU Aswaja Semen Indonesia group, part of Flight Group 45, arrived at Medina Airport on Monday (May 4th) at 07:00 local time. Their departure went smoothly with all pilgrims already holding their Nusuk Cards since the home country's embarkation point, which made document distribution more efficient.
KBIHU guide Ustad Suhafik stated that this early distribution of the cards removed a psychological burden for the pilgrims. "Alhamdulillah, the cards were handed out back home, so there was no mental stress for the pilgrims. This card is crucial for the pilgrims' journey during the Hajj worship," he explained. Besides physical distribution, there was also an acceleration of digital literacy through the simultaneous activation of Nusuk accounts, involving intergenerational synergy within the group.
Upon arrival in Medina, the pilgrims were directly directed to two accommodations in the Baqi Cemetery area: the Taj Ward Hotel and the Rose Holiday. Of the total 210 pilgrims, there are 91 men and 119 women, with 21 of them being over 65 years old. The guiding team continues to conduct strict profiling and strengthen internal coordination to ensure all pilgrims, especially the elderly group, remain in good condition up until the peak of the Hajj worship at Armuzna.
