How many sunnah prayers can a regular person keep up with?

Alhamdulillah, last Friday I managed to pray all the sunnah prayers for the first time ever. But today I fell back to just the fardh. On Friday, I felt so spiritually uplifted, but honestly, fitting them all in is tough. I’m still learning, so I’m not quick with my prayers yet. Do any of you actually manage to pray all the sunnah consistently? I really hope I can reach that level one day, inshaAllah.
