Google Opens First Local Office in Pakistan

Google has inaugurated its first local office in Pakistan. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with a Google delegation led by Vice President Wilson L. White in Islamabad. The company's vice president described the office opening as a major milestone and outlined plans to invest in Pakistan's people, manufacturing, and local businesses. The US Chargé d'Affaires in Pakistan also attended the meeting.
