Bismillah-Need Advice on Beard Situation with My Father

As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, I'm from India, and you probably know how tough things can be for Muslims here. Lately, my father's been asking me to cut my beard, saying it's not safe. But I see so many brothers around me keeping full beards without any problems, so I feel like the danger isn't real enough to excuse me from this sunnah. But then I also think maybe I'm not fully aware of the actual risk, and I could be wrong. If I tell him it's a sin and that others do it, he'll just say I'm being foolish-why keep it if it's not safe? And honestly, I don't have a good answer because he has a point. The tricky part is, even if there was no danger, he still wouldn't want me to keep a beard. So I'm really confused about what to do. I want to obey my father, but I also don't want to compromise on my deen. Any advice, brothers?
