Thoughts on the Arabic release of The Message (1977) and its low video quality

Salaam everyone. Growing up, The Message was a staple in our home-our local channels would air it multiple times a day, and I never got tired of it. Recently, I decided to check out the English version out of curiosity and was shocked to see it had a completely different cast. What really caught me off guard, though, was how much better the picture looked. I always assumed the blurry 240p quality of the Arabic version was just because of the film’s age, but apparently that’s not the case. Does anyone know if there’s a restored, higher-quality copy of the Arabic version somewhere? I’d love to revisit it with my wife and actually see it clearly. JazakAllah khair for any help!
