Is staying uncircumcised a sin for a Muslim?

Salam everyone, I'm a Muslim brother in my thirties and, well, I never got circumcised. It's been on my mind lately, and I'm wondering how common this is among Muslims and if not doing it is actually a sin in Islam. Any brothers out there who aren't circumcised? How did you deal with this matter? Also, what do the different madhabs say about an adult Muslim who didn't get circumcised? I'm hoping for some honest, knowledgeable answers, especially from those who know the fiqh rulings on this. Jazakum Allahu khayran.
