Thoughtful Legacy Ideas for Your Newborn, Insha'Allah

I recently welcomed my first child, Alhamdulillah, and I'm looking for some unique and meaningful ways to create a lasting legacy for them, beyond the usual advice on parenting or baby activities. I want ideas that are a bit different, maybe something beneficial or special that they can appreciate as they grow. Here are some things I've thought of: - Registering a domain name with their full name, like 'firstname-lastname.com' - Creating an email account using their name with popular providers (and keeping it active) - Buying a special gift like a gold coin or piece of Islamic jewelry from their birth year - Holding onto a meaningful item, like a watch or ring, that my spouse or I can wear until the day we pass it on to them - Keeping a copy of a newspaper from the day they were born - Starting a private video channel to upload family moments so they can look back on their childhood memories - Opening a small investment or savings account in their name, to help with future needs like education or buying a home, while ensuring it's managed responsibly until they're mature enough - Planting a tree or a plant in the garden to grow alongside them - Taking a weekly photo to create a time lapse of their growth - Recording a monthly short audio or video message sharing milestones and things I'm proud of - Encouraging close family to share messages or memories on special occasions - When they're older, inviting them to record their own updates or reflections - Writing to local leaders or scholars to request a welcome letter or blessing for the newborn I’d really appreciate hearing any other ideas you might have, Insha'Allah.
