Study Ranks Isles of Scilly as England's Friendliest Area

A major study into social division has ranked all 296 local authority areas in England. The Isles of Scilly were found to be the friendliest place, while Barking and Dagenham were named the least friendly. The index used government survey data to measure neighborly interaction, loneliness, and civic participation.
