Ponpes Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang Receives Wakaf of Two Ambulances from YANMU for NU Congress

Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas, Jombang, has received a wakaf of two ambulances from the Yayasan Anugerah Nusantara Al Mubarokah (YANMU) in preparation for the 35th Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Congress on 27–31 August 2026. This assistance was welcomed by the pesantren’s caretaker, KH Hasib Wahab Chasbullah, as a support for health services for thousands of participants and guests, including the elderly. "Alhamdulillah, thank you for this help with the two ambulances. It's really heartening for the preparation of the NU Congress organizing committee," said KH Hasib, Friday (7/8). The wakaf includes one Luxio-type ambulance for the pesantren and one Hi Ace-type for operations during the congress. In addition, YANMU also wakafed 3,000 copies of the Quran to congress participants. The handover was carried out by YANMU's Deputy General Chairman, Syahdhana H Baswara, as a symbol of support for the role of pesantren.
