In the Moscow Cathedral Mosque, the I Congress of the Association "National Union of Producers of Halal Products and Services" was held. At the event, producers, representatives of certification organizations, experts, and relevant agencies gathered. Aidar Gazizov quoted the Chief Mufti's words: "For us, halal is not business; it’s trust." Speakers emphasized the importance of international standards and the need to maintain consumer trust in halal products to develop the industry both domestically and for export.
The head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, visited the construction site of the Cathedral Mosque "Ar-Rahim" in Ufa again. Together with the city administration, the architectural council, and representatives of the Spiritual Administration, he evaluated the progress of the work and discussed options for architectural and artistic lighting. They presented seven concepts, from which three were chosen as the most suitable for everyday and festive lighting on Muslim holidays and national dates. Khabirov noted that construction has resumed and work is ongoing, despite limited resources.
In Dagestan, the V International Conference "Heritage of Muslim Theologians in Strengthening Spiritual and Moral Values and Civil Identity" kicked off. The forum brought together scholars, educators, students, and representatives of religious and social organizations from Russia and other countries. The goal is to strengthen spiritual and moral values, foster scientific dialogue, and preserve theological heritage.
By Allah's grace, the congregation of the Cathedral Mosque "Bulgar" in Cheboksary has once again gathered and sent humanitarian aid to participants of the special operation: non-perishable food, dried fruits, stoves, warm clothes, footwear, raincoats, and more. The collection was organized by the congregation under the leadership of Imam Khabir Hazrat Khanov. The Mufti of the Chuvash Republic, Ilyas Hazrat Safiyanov, reminded that helping those in defense is our religious and civic duty: "Help each other in righteousness and piety."
In one region, an organization was established to coordinate halal producers and combat uncontrolled certification. The president of the union talked about the goals: uniting producers, fighting against counterfeit and "fake" centers, creating a unified information system, training personnel, and conducting specialized events, including international forums. There are already some initial members in the association, and the list is growing.
In Azerbaijan, the president laid the foundation for a city mosque in Jebrail. The project includes an area of more than 1530 m², capacity for about 615 worshippers, a two-story building with separate zones for men and women, minarets, and a dome, along with parking and a gazebo.
In Kazakhstan, a parliamentary working group supported an amendment aimed at banning the propaganda of LGBT and pedophilia in media and advertising to protect the moral and psychological state of children, according to some deputies.
