Is the Miracle of Iron in the Quran Really True? Who Arranged the Surahs?

Salam everyone, Lately I’ve been reading the Quran and, Alhamdulillah, I’m making steady progress. I’m hoping to complete it by year’s end, Insha’Allah. While checking out some miracles mentioned online, I came across talk about Surah Al-Hadid (The Iron). People mentioned these points as miracles: - Surah Al-Hadid is chapter 57, and it’s said to be the central surah, just like iron is at the earth’s core. - The atomic mass of a certain iron isotope is 57, which matches the surah number. - Science says iron came from outer space, and the Quran says: “We sent down iron, with its mighty power and benefits for mankind” (57:25). - That verse is also said to be the 5100th verse, and the earth’s inner core starts around 5100 km deep. But here’s my question: if the surah order wasn’t directly set by the Prophet (SAW) under Jibreel’s (AS) guidance, but later compiled by Uthman (RA), then wouldn’t points 1, 2, and 4 lose their basis? We know the verses were placed by divine instruction, but I thought the surah sequence was arranged later. Just to be clear, I’m a Muslim and I recognize many other miracles in the Quran. I also know these “fun facts” shouldn’t be the foundation of faith. I’m simply wondering how valid this particular claim is.
