How to stop myself from saying this phrase

Assalamu alaikum. I was raised Muslim, but I picked up a bad habit. Whenever something shocks me or gets on my nerves, I catch myself saying “Bomboclat wallahi” without even thinking. It’s like a reflex now, kind of like saying “bro” without meaning to. I know it’s not right – mixing a swear with swearing by Allah – and I really want to break it. Any tips on how to control something that slips out so automatically?
