Another Hajj Pilgrim from Bojonegoro Passes Away in the Holy Land
A female hajj pilgrim from Bojonegoro, Suniti Supardi Said (68), a resident of Dukuh Plosolanang, Campurejo Village, has reportedly passed away in the Holy Land on Friday around 11:00 AM Saudi Arabian time. She was part of Kloter SUB 38.
Head of the Bojonegoro Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, Abdullah Hafith, confirmed the news and expressed deep condolences to the family. The cause of her death is still awaiting official information.
The deceased was known as an Islamic education figure, guiding students at Madrasah Diniyah Al Istiqomah, and was the wife of KH. Muchid Husni. Campurejo Village Head, Edi Sampurno, expressed profound loss for the woman affectionately called Ibu Nyai Suniti.
This is the second hajj pilgrim from Bojonegoro who has died this hajj season, after Rohmat Ridwan (64) passed away in Medina on Tuesday (5/19). The Bojonegoro Regency Government and Ministry of Religious Affairs continue to monitor the conditions of other pilgrims and hope that all worship goes smoothly until their return.
