All Hajj Pilgrims from Jombang Have Arrived in Medina, Healthy and Monitored
All hajj pilgrims from Jombang Regency, grouped in Kloter 60, 61, 62, and 63, are now in Medina, Saudi Arabia, after completing the series of hajj rituals in Mecca. Head of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Office in Jombang Regency, Ilham Rohim, said that all 1,260 pilgrims are in good health and under monitoring.
Kloter 60 and 61 departed from Mecca on June 7, 2026, while Kloter 62 and 63 on June 8, 2026, and arrived in Medina on schedule. During eight days in Medina, the pilgrims will perform Arbain prayers, visit the tomb of Prophet Muhammad SAW and his companions, and tour historical sites such as Quba Mosque, Jabal Uhud, Qiblatain Mosque, Ghumamah Mosque, Baqi cemetery, and Raudhah.
Hajj officers routinely conduct health checks to ensure the pilgrims' condition remains good. Before leaving Mecca, all pilgrims had performed the farewell tawaf. After completing their worship in Medina, they will be flown back to Indonesia according to the set schedule.
