A humble request for your duas

Assalamu Alaikum, dear brothers and sisters. I’m Yawar Ahmed, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. About 40 days back, I got hit on the left side of my head, near the temple. Ever since, I’ve been dealing with shaky vision, feeling dizzy, and trouble focusing. I’d be so grateful if you could make dua that Allah blesses me with complete and lasting shifa, takes away these symptoms, and gives me back my full health.
