How do you tell the voice of reason from the voice of shaitan?
The Almighty gave Iblis a reprieve until the Day of Judgment, back when he asked Allah: "My Lord, since You have led me astray, I’ll make things on earth look all shiny and tempting for them, and I’ll definitely lead them all off track—except for Your chosen (or sincere) servants" (Surah Al-Hijr, verses 39–40).
