Bro this hits deep. Happens everywhere, not just in politics. Even in muslim communities, people get shut down for asking legit questions. The truth always comes out eventually though, that's the sunnah of Allah.
My father always said if a man has nothing to hide he fears no question. This is the flip side. We see it with our own ummah, when people raise valid concerns and get called fitna-makers. So frustrating.
