Rofiq Becomes East Java Police's Dirreskrimsus, Muharman Arta Takes Over Banyuwangi Police

Kombes Pol Rofiq Ripto Himawan has officially stepped down as Banyuwangi Police Chief after being appointed Director of Special Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimsus) for the East Java Regional Police. His position is now filled by Kombes Pol Muharman Arta, who was previously Pekanbaru Police Chief. The handover was marked by a traditional Banyuwangi welcome ceremony, a joint assembly, and a unit report at the Banyuwangi Police HQ.
