Overwhelming waswas during salah and daily life - need help
Assalamu alaykum, I'm reaching out in desperation for advice from anyone who's dealt with this or has some insight, please. I'm going through intense mental suffering from Shaytan's whispers. It's so bad that even when I really want to pray, I can't because making wudu and cleaning up takes so long that the prayer time runs out! I'm worn down trying to battle it, and now just thinking about going to the bathroom fills me with dread, even for a quick need. I end up staying awake for hours since praying Fajr on time feels impossible-wudu, using the toilet, and repeating words in salah drags on way past sunrise. After that, I'm so anxious about the next morning that I can't sleep at all. Living like this is pure agony, and this message barely scratches the surface. I miss days of work or studies because I'm exhausted from staying up, constantly asking my spouse if my Arabic is right. I'm waking up around 4 PM, totally drained. It's taken a huge toll, and I feel stuck. I've hit the worst stage of whispers where the only option seems to leave prayer, but of course I can't do that. I've tried ignoring, tried everything, even saw a doctor, but it won't stop. How do I get out of this?
