Nganjuk Regent Teams Up with Baznas to Renovate Uninhabitable House in Berbek

Nganjuk Regent Marhaen Djumadi inspected and provided assistance for the renovation of an uninhabitable house (RTLH) belonging to Mbah Pardi in Jamusan Hamlet, Sonopatik Village, Berbek, on Saturday (23/5). Accompanied by village officials, Lazizmu, and volunteers, Kang Marhaen symbolically handed over stimulus funds and encouraged residents to do community work as a form of worship. This house renovation program is supported by Baznas Nganjuk and doesn't use the regional budget. The regent urged the public to report if there are neighbors or relatives with worrying housing conditions. He emphasized the four basic welfare pillars: decent housing, education guarantees, food availability, and free healthcare access. The local government has covered healthcare costs through BPJS Kesehatan.
