KPK Still Thinking Over Summoning Nusron Wahid Again, Calls Grow for Forced Pickup
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) says it's still mulling over rescheduling the questioning for Agrarian and Spatial Planning Minister/Head of BPN Nusron Wahid. KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo mentioned this on Tuesday (27/10), responding to remarks from MAKI coordinator Boyamin Saiman who said the summons was set for Wednesday (28/10).
Nusron Wahid has already skipped two rounds of KPK investigator calls, on Wednesday (7/10) and Thursday (15/10). The probe is tied to the alleged bribery case involving HGB arrangements for PT Summarecon and other receipts within the ATR/BPN ministry.
Boyamin Saiman stressed that if Nusron bails again, KPK needs to carry out a forced pickup. He figures that step is crucial to get some clear answers in this case.

Missing two summons is clearly a sign of disrespect for the legal process. If he's really clean, why dodge it? A forced pickup is deserved here-it’ll keep this from becoming a bad example for other officials. People are sick of watching the powerful always get away.
