KPK Reveals Alleged 1.5 Billion Rupiah Bribe from Summarecon Boss Over Land Certificates
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has uncovered the involvement of PT Summarecon’s President Director, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi, in a suspected bribery case tied to the handling of Building Use Rights (HGB) at the Bogor Regency National Land Agency (BPN) office. The case kicked off with Summarecon’s land certificate processing, where KPK suspects there was a 2 billion rupiah request to unblock and issue the certificates.
Adrianto Pitojo allegedly only agreed to 1.5 billion and handed it over through a middleman to ERW, who’s said to be a trusted person of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/BPN, Nusron Wahid, on August 27, 2026. Part of that money, around 200 million rupiah, was then given by ERW to the head of the Bogor BPN office, Sontang Coin Manurung, at a cafe in South Jakarta.
The KPK has named eight suspects in this case, including the Director General of Land and Spatial Control and Order at ATR/BPN, Lampri, head of the Bogor Regency Land Office I, Sontang Coin Manurung, plus several individuals from the private sector. The suspects are being held for the first 20 days at the KPK’s Red and White Building branch detention center.
