Land certainty, infrastructure, permits, human resources, and suppliers become crucial factors before any capital's put in. "Investment potential isn't the same as investment readiness," he said at the East Java Investment Forum (EJIF) 2026, Saturday (3/10). East Java contributes 14.34 percent to the national GRDP and recorded Rp40.1 trillion in investment realization in Q2 2026. Still, Adik pointed out the need for bankable projects with responsive due diligence data. "Investors' questions gotta be answered in days, not months," he said.
