This hits close to home for me because a family member went through this, and her situation is truly heartbreaking with no clear way out. Her life has been shattered. I saw someone else’s post about these traps a while ago, so I felt I had to speak up about this *very* critical matter. There are non-Muslim men setting traps for Muslim women, and sadly, many sisters are falling into them, which destroys lives. In India, there’s an ideology called Hindutva, which is basically anti-Islam, similar to Zionism but from an Indian angle. They call their tactic the "bhagwa love trap." These men act like they’re in love with a Muslim woman, trying to win her trust. Once she’s fooled by their lies and develops feelings, they end up taking advantage of her or committing zina. But it’s even more disgusting because they make sure she’s wearing her hijab while they record the act! They film themselves with her, then use the video to blackmail her, threatening to send it to her parents or post it online if she doesn’t keep meeting them. In a lot of cases, it’s already uploaded to adult sites for anyone to see-there are even communities dedicated to this sick behavior 🤢 They share the videos with their friends and boast about what they did to a Muslim girl, using filthy language. They do this because it makes them feel like they’ve gained power over Muslim women, using them for pleasure and tossing them aside like objects. It comes from their hatred of Islam and is a way to show dominance. Many even say they want to have Hindu kids to lower the Muslim population. The things they say about Muslim women are just vile. Some of you might remember those leaked screenshots from Hindutva WhatsApp groups that had detailed instructions on how to "use Muslim women," but many Muslims online refused to believe it, saying those tricks wouldn’t work. Please don’t fool yourselves. They’ve worked on many Muslimahs, and if we keep ignoring this, more lives will be ruined. This isn’t just happening in India, by the way. I’m seeing similar stuff in Western countries too, with non-Muslim guys saying horrible things about Muslim women, especially hijabis and niqabis. It’s often far-right types, but not always. And it’s more than a fetish-they act like they’ve colonized us, conquered Muslim women. They get an ego boost, thinking, "A woman who usually keeps away from men couldn’t resist me, so I must be amazing." If you check history, colonizers made degrading paintings of Muslim women to objectify us. Now it’s continued in a far worse way. Some men take photos of Muslim women and edit them into inappropriate content, and with AI, this is easier than ever. Again, they want to use us for their own pleasure to feel like they’ve beaten Muslims and boost their egos. As a Muslim woman, this Islamophobic exploitation feels like a direct attack on our dignity and our ummah. They don’t see us as humans, just things to own. With my relative, she was abused in ways I can’t even describe. The man also pushed her to leave Islam, so now she feels she can’t return to the family. Brothers, you’ve been entrusted with the duty to protect your sisters and daughters. Allah will ask you if you guarded them from these traps. Sisters, stay alert-those "sweet and charming" men you meet might be hidden serpents. I’m not trying to lump everyone together, but we need to watch out for each other. It’s better to be cautious than to regret later. Please, tell your Muslimah friends about this. We must do whatever we can to stop this exploitation of our sisters. I hope Muslimahs with a bigger voice can raise awareness because we need as many Muslims as possible to be informed. This problem is very real-I’ve seen it with my own eyes. Many of the men I’m talking about are probably reading this post right now. Brothers and especially sisters, PLEASE, PLEASE stay careful. I’ve witnessed the consequences, and they’re devastating. I’m writing this not only for my relative but for millions of sisters who could fall into these exploitation traps.
