Can someone check if my Ghusl is right?

Assalamu alaikum, everyone. I'm trying to properly learn how to do Ghusl, and since my family follows the Hanafi madhab, I wanted to make sure I’m getting it right. To be honest, I didn’t grow up with a strong Islamic background, so I’m still piecing things together from what I find online. Here’s what I gathered as the Sunnah way-please tell me if I’m mistaken. 1. Make the intention. 2. Say Bismillah. 3. Wash hands three times. 4. Clean the private parts and back with the left hand until any impurity is gone. 5. Do a basic Wudu: - Hands 3x - Mouth 3x - Nose 3x - Face 3x - Arms 3x - Wipe the head (hair) 1x - Ears 1x - Feet 3x (but you can leave these for the end if you want). 6. Pour water over the head three times, making sure all the hair and scalp get wet. 7. Wash the body: start with the right side 1 or 3 times, then the left side 1 or 3 times. 8. If you didn’t wash the feet earlier, do it now. 9. After finishing, say: "Ash-hadu al laa ilaaha illal Laahu wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan ‘abduhu wa Rasooluh. Allaahumma-dj'alnie minat-Tawwaabiena wa-dj'alnie minal-Mutatahhirien." Here’s what I actually do, though: this whole process feels really tiring and time-consuming. Usually, I take a regular shower first to get rid of any dirt or sweat, and then I perform the Ghusl. I know I could skip the normal shower, but it just feels cleaner and more comfortable for me to do that first. Now, some things that confuse me: - For step 5, can I do the Wudu parts just once instead of three times? Or is three always required? Does the same rule apply to regular Wudu? - In step 6, when it says "head," does that include the hair, face, ears, neck, and throat? I’ve been including all of those. - For step 7, I’ve read you can wash each side once or three times. Is three times the Sunnah, or is once enough? Does it really have to be exact? - Step 8: how many times should the feet be washed? I do it three times like in Wudu, but I’m not sure. - Step 9: is that dua mandatory? I saw it in a TikTok video and added it to my notes, but what if I forget or miss it? Is my Ghusl still accepted? Also, I’ve heard there’s a simpler version of Ghusl that takes less time. How does that one go? Is it still following the Sunnah? Jazakum Allahu khairan for any help-I’m just trying to get this right without feeling overwhelmed.
