Aceh Vice Gov Attends Prophet's Birthday and Joint Prayers Marking One Year Since Disaster in Gayo

Aceh Vice Governor H. Fadhlullah came to the Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW 1448 Hijriah commemoration, which was combined with a joint prayer at Quba Mosque, Bebesen District, Central Aceh Regency, on Monday (26/10/2026). The event also remembered one year since the floods and landslides in the Gayo highlands. Joining the Vice Gov were the Aceh Police Director of Intelligence and Security and the Head of the Leadership Administration Bureau of the Aceh Secretariat. Central Aceh Regent Haili Yoga, the Vice Regent, Central Aceh government officials, and Forkopimda members also took part in the solemn event. In his speech, Fadhlullah urged everyone to strengthen their faith, keep the community united, and boost social awareness through the Prophet's birthday moment. He also stressed that the disaster anniversary should be a time to reinforce solidarity and the gotong royong spirit, so they can rise together from the tragedy.
